The single crystal CVD diamond used in M10 and M10 GOLD has a thermal diffusivity roughly 10 times that of copper at room temperature. This means that localized temperature changes propagate through diamond an order of magnitude faster than they do through copper.
M11 is suited for applications demanding the special mechanical, optical, or quantum properties of CVD diamond.
